About us

Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company. The headquarter office is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and a regional office is based in Mumbai, India. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high quality coffees safely, on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Commercial Operations Coordinator to coordinate across sourcing, sales, and logistics teams while managing customer communication, operational follow-ups, sales tracking, and order execution. This role is ideal for someone with a background in FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle sectors who is eager to grow within sales and operations, take initiative, and play a key role in a fast-paced business environment.

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will be involved in sales support, email communication, logistics coordination, CRM updates, and internal collaboration—ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and strategic alignment across departments.

Tasks

  • Leading coordination between departments – sourcing, sales and logistics.
  • Coordinating structured meeting notes, tracking deadlines, sending follow ups and coordinating action items.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth delivery processes.
  • Manage regular offer list preparation, including price calculations, availability coordination, finalisation and communication.
  • Manage and track customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities within the system to ensure smooth follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Handle second-level communication with clients and internal teams via email.
  • Provide sales insights and feedback to aid in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business coordination (FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong email communication and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate efficiently across departments and with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.
