Our services include strategy advisory, leadership development, training and certification programmes, recruitment services, organisational design and restructuring, human capital reporting and disclosure, corporate governance advisory, and board evaluation.


We are seeking an organised and detail-conscious Commercial Operations Assistant to support commercial tracking, business development coordination, proposal follow-up, invoicing and receivables tracking, social media coordination, and recurring commercial reporting.


The role involves maintaining CRM and pipeline records, tracking proposals and client follow-up actions, supporting invoice and receivables monitoring, preparing weekly commercial summaries, coordinating market-facing activity records, and helping to keep commercial information accurate, current, and accessible.


This opportunity is suited to a recent graduate who has completed NYSC and is looking to build practical experience within a disciplined and fast-paced consulting environment, with exposure to commercial operations, business development support, brand communications, and structured reporting.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field

  • Recent graduate who has completed NYSC

  • 0–2 years’ relevant experience in business support, sales support, administration, finance support, digital coordination, or a related area

  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined record-keeping

  • Good written communication and reporting ability

  • Basic commercial awareness and ability to work accurately with structured data

  • Ability to maintain consistency in recurring follow-up and tracking tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work with CRM tools, dashboards, and related business support systems

  • Ability to identify missing follow-up, incomplete records, and data gaps quickly

  • Basic social media and content coordination ability

  • Prior internship, volunteer, or service-year experience involving structured tracking, reporting, follow-up, or records management will be an advantage
