Contract Operations Analyst will support the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, ensuring contract requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. This role serves as a key liaison between Legal, Procurement, Finance, DD&T, and business stakeholders, driving operational excellence and delivering a high-quality contracting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process contract requests, ensuring completeness, compliance, and use of approved templates.

  • Identify contractual issues, deviations, and risks, escalating to Legal or relevant subject matter experts when required.

  • Manage contract records, metadata, approvals, signatures, amendments, and supporting documentation.

  • Provide user support and guidance on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and related workflows.

  • Troubleshoot contract workflow, system, integration, approval, and e-signature issues in collaboration with DD&T, SAP, CLM, and DocuSign teams.

  • Monitor and report key operational metrics, including request volumes, cycle times, service levels, and process bottlenecks.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, testing activities, and system enhancements.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively manage stakeholder communications and escalations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement operations, source-to-pay (S2P), or Contract Lifecycle Management environments.

  • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, approvals, signatory management, and records governance.

  • Experience working with CLM platforms, DocuSign, SAP, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including PRs, POs, supplier enablement, and invoice-related workflows.

  • Experience supporting global or shared-services operating environments.

  • Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.

  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to translate complex process or system issues into clear business guidance.
