Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Drive and manage end-to-end commercial operations including dealer billing, order processing, dispatch coordination, and sales administration for the assigned region.

Monitor dealer receivables, collections, and credit limits to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk.

Partner with Sales teams to achieve business targets through effective commercial planning, forecasting, and operational support.

Manage dealer claims, incentive schemes, and trade promotions, ensuring timely validation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Analyze sales, inventory, collection, and profitability data to generate actionable business insights and management reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, audit requirements, and statutory regulations across all commercial activities.

Serve as the key commercial interface between dealers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, dealer satisfaction, and business profitability.

General Experience

Experience in the automobile, tractor, farm equipment industry preferred.
