GCG Catering Jamaica is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Officer to support the Catering Manager in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our commercial footprint through strategic sales initiatives, market intelligence, and strong customer engagement within the aviation catering environment.

• Support the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and business expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and additional revenue streams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the food service, hospitality, and related industries to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality commercial proposals, tenders, presentations, and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop pricing models, costing analyses, and profitability assessments to support competitive and sustainable commercial decisions.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and implementation of new business.
• Monitor contract performance, revenue, margins, and key commercial metrics, providing recommendations to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, business reviews, and service performance discussions.
