Job Description

Our client is a Global Electrical Company. They are currently seeking for a Project Accounting to join their team.

Commercial Officer

Duties:
This candidate is responsible for project control and preparing reports in commercial team including the followings:
  • Quotation checking and order booking
  • Purchase request checking and prepare billing
  • Verify and book vendor invoices
  • Project finance monitoring/controlling, ensures the accuracy of project books and records
  • Perform month-end closing
  • Ad-hoc assignment for commercial team
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies
  • Experience in project control will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible, able to work independently and result-driven
  • Well-versed in PC applications and SAP is a definite advantage
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
