Location: London
Working Hours: Full-time
Reporting to: Head of Leasing / Chief Commercial Officer

Our client specialises in helping businesses secure ideal office spaces, from flexible workspaces to traditional leased offices, while also supporting workspace operators in their expansion strategies. With a strong presence in London, the UK, and beyond, they are seeking a talented Commercial Office Leasing Agent to join their dynamic team.

This role focuses on advising clients both occupiers and workspace operators on securing office spaces that align with their strategic and commercial objectives.

As a Commercial Office Leasing Agent, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking office spaces, including leased and managed solutions. You will also support flexible workspace operators in identifying and acquiring new locations to expand their portfolios. The role includes business development to attract new clients and pitch tailored services.

This is a client-focused, consultative position that demands deep market insight, sharp commercial instincts, and exceptional negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide occupiers in securing traditional leased office spaces.
  • Assist clients in finding suitable managed office solutions.
  • Represent flexible workspace operators in sourcing and acquiring new locations.
  • Perform market research and arrange property viewings for clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, including lease agreements and managed office deals, on behalf of clients.
  • Offer strategic advice throughout the acquisition process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with landlords, agents, and workspace providers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Drive business development to attract and onboard new clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in advising on commercial office space acquisitions.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional leasing and flexible workspace markets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Professional, client-centric approach with excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Established connections within the London and UK office markets (preferred).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially savvy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple client projects effectively.
  • MRICS qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
