As one of the fastest growing companies in the sector, we are always looking for new talent. We are therefore looking for a commercial & driven Network Manager for the BeNeFra region. The role of Commercial Network Manager is very important to us. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director - Europe, this role will be part of a growing team at the forefront of commercial decisions across our fuel division in Belgium, Netherlands & France. Our ambition is to have the leading independent fuel card network in Europe, this role in establishing & partnering network relationships is a valuable part of that vision.

You can be based in any of our offices in Belgium, Netherlands or France, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. There is an expectation that you will be travelling 3 days per week, predominantly in France.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Expanding our fuel partner network by identifying, negotiating, & onboarding new partners to strengthen the Radius own-brand proposition
  • Managing + developing existing network partnerships to increase fuel volumes, maximise value, & drive joint commercial initiatives
  • Supporting senior leadership, including the Commercial Director by nurturing strategic relationships with key oil company partners
  • Monitor competitive network developments to identify gaps, opportunities & risks within the BeNeFra markets
  • Collaborating with Sales + Account Management teams to ensure a market-leading partner experience & deliver seamless customer service
  • Providing insightful commercial analysis to senior management, identifying opportunities, performance trends & areas of risk to support informed decision-making

Functie-eisen

  • Willingness to travel extensively, particularly within France
  • Fluency in French, Dutch & English
  • High attention to detail, combined with a structured and analytical working style
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset
  • A proactive, self-driven approach, with the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing commercial partnerships, ideally within a network or fuel card environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, able to understand data and translate insight into clear recommendations
