Summery:

Trade & Field Marketing role focused on retail and channel marketing, collaborating with distributors, retailers, and promoters to drive sales and execute in-store strategies. Responsible for promoter and store management, campaign execution, and administrative coordination, ensuring strong sales performance and brand visibility. Requires experience in FMCG/retail, with strengths in marketing strategy, data analysis, project management, and leadership, along with adaptability and a customer-centric mindset.

Promoter Management

  • Promoter Cost (Salary, Incentive, Overtime, Others )
  • Performance Review

Store Management (MMs & Dealers)

  • In-store execution include promotion, events, product demonstration
  • Outlet-level strategy & activation
  • Displays Improvement (Renovation, POSM )
  • Compliances checks

Administration Tasks

  • Documentation & Reporting

Job Requirements:

Professional Experience:

  • FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries is highly valued.
  • Field Marketing: sales support, event management, local campaign execution and promoter management.
  • Trade Marketing: channel marketing, retail strategy, or brand management.
