Commercial & Sales Support
Act as a key partner to the Commercial teams, supporting also sales operations, cybersecurity services, presales initiatives, and marketing activities. Contribute to customer engagement content, commercial follow-ups, reporting and data analysis, to support revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Marketing & Go-to-Market Approach
Manage marketing campaigns, social media, events, promotional initiatives, and customer-facing materials. Generate the development of presentations, commercial content, and engagement activities aligned with business development and market positioning objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a central coordination point across Commercial, Cybersecurity, Bid, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Management teams, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective delivery of commercial initiatives.

Private Sector Proposals
Contribute to the completion of commercial proposals for private sector opportunities, ensuring smooth documentation flow and coordination throughout the sales cycle to enable competitive and high-quality offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approx. 4–7 years of professional experience in commercial operations, marketing, business development, or sales support roles, ideally in a corporate (B2B) environment.
  • Experience supporting commercial growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline coordination.
  • Familiarity with commercial systems supporting sales tracking, customer management, and commercial operations.
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement procedures (public and/or private sector) will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong capabilities in reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic commercial environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, marketing, technical, and management teams.
