Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving marketing initiatives? We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team in Nordics and boost our marketing efforts!
Your day to day
You will be reporting to the Nordic & Benelux Marketing manager and working closely with the rest of the commercial marketing team in Nordics and sales teams specifically in Norway.
You’ll develop and adapt digital and content marketing strategies, plan marketing campaigns, events and marketing communications to promote HP commercial products for Future of work.
About the role and what it includes:
Develop and execute overall strategic B2B marketing plan/OGSMs aligned to country business needs (sales/category/channel) and global strategy. Share plan with stakeholders.
Assisting the regional sales team with creative, out-of-the-box end-user strategies, including increasing brand awareness through demand creation, and driving good quality leads through demand capture.
Create, expand and accelerate sales opportunities, leads, through account-focused marketing execution and managing market campaigns, nurture flows that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy.
Planning and hosting end-user online and offline Pan-HP events to create leads: net-new sales opportunities, accelerating existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.
Content -reviewing/translating/approving global marketing Personal System assets, including hp.com and creating local content across marketing touchpoints if gaps are identified. (Example blog posts, nurture newsletters, native articles). Secure translations to be locally relevant.
ROI/Analysis; set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and sales. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze and report on results, making recommendations for future optimizations. Continually analyzing market data, trends, end-user preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize regional marketing strategies.
Marketing budget management Including end-to-end responsibility for alliance budgets from approval of campaigns through to execution and claiming. Ensure 100% utilization of quarterly budgets.
Managing local marketing agencies to successfully support various programs.
PR: Align and create local PR plans/activities with PR lead and local PR agency.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Typically, 4-6 years experience in marketing B2B
Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian. Other Nordic languages a plus.
