Job Description

Reporting to: Director of Marketing and Communication

Department: Marketing & Communication

What You’ll Do:

Drive retail sales and client engagement by leading commercial marketing initiatives, including sales promotion, client events, and localized campaigns. Act as a key bridge between Retail, Marketing, and EC to maximize business performance and customer experience.

1. Sales Promotion Strategy & Execution

  • 商品・シーズン別の販促戦略立案・実行(例:PUMPS、LLGなど)
  • 店舗売上を最大化するプロモーション設計
  • KPI管理(Sales / UPT / Conversion)

2. Client Events & Department Store Partnerships

  • 外商イベント・百貨店との共同施策の企画・実行
  • VIPイベント、トランクショー等の企画・リード・実行
  • 高付加価値顧客の売上最大化

3. Marketing Planning & Campaign Integration

  • グローバルキャンペーンのローカライズ・展開
  • PR / Digital / ECとの統合マーケティング推進
  • CRM・Clienteling施策との連携

4. Hands-on Marketing & Event Execution

  • 百貨店媒体(カタログ、DM等)の掲載ディレクション及び制作・手配
  • 店舗イベントにおける販促物(サイネージ、POP等)の企画・制作ディレクション・手配
  • イベント当日の現場運営・サポート
  • HQガイドラインに基づくクリエイティブ調整およびローカライズ化

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Retail / PR / EC / HQ等他ファンクションとの連携
  • 店舗への施策落とし込み・実行管理
