We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Commercial Marketing Manager The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention and brand performance across the Company's divisions. The role ensures marketing investments align with business priorities while partnering with Commercial, Finance, Buying and Operations to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Additionally, the Commercial Marketing Manager oversees corporate public relations and leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
THE ROLE:
The responsibilities of the Commercial Marketing Manager include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the various divisions’ business objectives and priorities.
Preparing and effectively managing the marketing budgets.
Developing and executing corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth.
Effective management of the company’s social media pages, websites and ecommerce platforms.
Analysis of campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, engagement, conversions and survey feedback.
Preparing and presenting marketing reports to the senior management team.
Leadership of the marketing team. Ensuring that the team is adequately developed and trained to execute their tasks at the highest level.
Building and nurturing strong, professional relationships with key media contacts to ensure positive coverage and ongoing collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
5+ years' experience in marketing, retail, FMCG or commercial marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that drive sales growth and business performance.
Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams including Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and Sales is an asset.
SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
5+ years' experience in marketing, retail, FMCG or commercial marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that drive sales growth and business performance.
Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams including Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and Sales is an asset.
