Job Description

  • Initial contract until late April 2027

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage business operations to levy and collect infrastructure contributions from the development industry. You will manage the development and implementation of clear policies and operational frameworks for our infrastructure contributions scheme.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the operations, change implementation, systems, processes, procedures and reporting for infrastructure contributions.
  • Provide support on policies, commercial principles, contractual obligations and infrastructure contribution operations to developer-facing teams.
  • Financial reporting for charging, collection and reconciliation of around $500 million p.a. infrastructure contributions.
  • Lead, implement and manage the systems, processes policies and reporting for the charge and collection of infrastructure contributions in line with IPART registered development servicing plans.

We’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated proven track record in in commercial business management, regulation and business governance frameworks.
  • Extensive skills in planning, implementation and management of business processes or products to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Someone who is commercially savvy, with well-developed ability to take concepts forward to implementation.
  • Analysis and Decision Making – the ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Understanding of competition and regulatory, financial considerations associated with development servicing plans and infrastructure contributions is highly regarded.
