Do you want to shape Telia’s commercial success in Hardware and Mobile as a Service?

My name is Johan Gunnarson, and I lead Commercial Management Team within Telia B2B. I am now looking for a Commercial Manager – Hardware & Mobile as a Service who wants to take end-to-end commercial ownership of this portfolio and play a key role in driving profitable growth, clear priorities and strong execution across private and public customers.

This is a senior B2B role for someone who thrives in the intersection of business strategy, portfolio management, pricing and sales steering — and who wants to make a real, visible impact.

Your next challenge

In this role, you are accountable for the commercial performance and P&L of the assigned portfolio. You ensure that our offers are competitive, clearly positioned and commercially sustainable — from strategy to execution.

You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Pricing, Marketing and Finance and other key stakeholders to translate customer needs and business requirements into clear commercial priorities, value propositions and go-to-market decisions.

Your work directly impacts revenue growth, margin development and Telia’s position as a trusted partner.

What does it mean at Telia B2B?

In this role, you will:

  • Be accountable for P&L and commercial performance for assigned services
  • Own the commercial responsibility end-to-end, including financial result forecasting, business needs, portfolio priorities and commercial requirements
  • Define and steer pricing and discount structures, forecasting and financial follow-up
  • Lead sales steering and target setting, ensuring focus, clarity and strong execution
  • Define and develop value proposition, commercial roadmap and business rules
  • Decide what to sell, when, to whom and through which channels
  • Align closely with Product Management on offer development, lifecycle and portfolio evolution
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to secure profitable growth and predictable results

You are the one who creates commercial clarity, momentum and results for Telia’s portfolio.

To succeed in this role, we believe you combine strong commercial judgment with structure, curiosity and collaboration.

  • Experience from commercial management, business management or similar roles in Telecom or complex B2B environments
  • Proven responsibility for P&L, pricing, forecasting and commercial steering
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions
  • Confidence leading through influence rather than hierarchy
  • A structured, inclusive and pragmatic way of working
  • An academic degree and fluency in Swedish and English
