About the role and you:
The Commercial Manager – Ballpark is responsible for driving revenue growth across Ballpark’s hospitality, events, incentive travel, and experiential portfolio. The role leads commercial outcomes by sourcing new business, growing existing client relationships and aligning Ballpark’s offerings with broader SEN commercial strategies.
This role combines senior sales leadership with hands-on commercial execution. It is accountable for delivering revenue targets, strengthening client partnerships, expanding Ballpark’s customer base, and ensuring commercial commitments are tightly aligned with delivery capability and product quality.

In addition to our radio and TV broadcast business, our publishing arm is responsible for the iconic AFL Record – a match-day staple for over 100 years.
