Not only are we offering a competitive salary and a fantastic bonus scheme, you'll also be entitled to loads of great benefits including discount and cashback on hundreds of high-street shops and private health insurance, plus much more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with Pricing, Due Diligence, Legal, Compliance and Operational teams to ensure a smooth and effective acquisition process.
  • Support the negotiation of commercial terms within portfolio sale and purchase agreements, ensuring key requirements are accurately reflected and risks appropriately managed.
  • Monitor the performance of newly acquired portfolios, identifying material variances against expectations and supporting the implementation of agreed actions and future learnings.
  • Partner with Client Services and External Services Management teams to ensure effective due diligence, onboarding and post-sale processes for allocated clients.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for client-related matters, escalating material commercial, contractual or risk issues through the appropriate governance channels.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience within a sales, account management or commercial role, with evidence of supporting the sourcing, development or negotiation of commercial opportunities.
  • Strong self-starter with exceptional self and social awareness and the ability to adapt their approach to different situations and stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels.
  • Strong business understanding and commercial acumen.
