Job Description


Join our dynamic team as we seek a highly qualified Commercial Manager to lead our sales team and drive strategic commercial initiatives for the acquisition and sale of information technology (IT) projects. This role demands a deep understanding of sales in both traditional and online channels, effective negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.

Salary:

$30,000 - $40,000 monthly gross


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactive Opportunity Seeking:

    Actively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.


  • Commercial Strategy:

    Participate in formulating short and long-term commercial strategies, setting clear goals and objectives for the sales department, and ensuring their achievement.


  • Growth Opportunity Identification:

    Identify growth and expansion opportunities in the market, including market studies and assessing customer needs.


  • Service Offer Development:

    Create and maintain service offers through e-commerce platforms.


  • Effective Presentations:

    Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations about the company's services, highlighting competitive advantages.


  • Negotiation and Closure:

    Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop sales strategies, including pricing, technologies, and project types.


  • Corporate Image:

    Develop the external corporate image, defining messages and competitive advantages.


  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Generate reports on sales department results based on metrics and achieved objectives.


  • Customer Acquisition and Retention:

    Plan and execute customer acquisition and retention programs, including gathering customer feedback and opinions.


  • Interdepartmental Coordination:

    Coordinate with the Operations department to maximize company results.


  • Team Formation and Supervision:

    Supervise the sales team, maintaining standards of customer acquisition and satisfaction.


  • Service Excellence:

    Offer excellent service to all levels of the company, managing communication and interdepartmental relationships.


  • Technological Updates:

    Stay updated on trends and technologies in the technology market.


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, BSc/BA, MSc/MA, or equivalent experience.


  • Languages:

    Advanced English (Fluent), Business English.


  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years in sales positions for IT projects, with experience in IT-related project leadership or management.


  • Specific Knowledge:

    Sales methods, prospecting, client portfolio generation, effective negotiation methods, and online ad plan design.
