🌟 We’re Hiring: Commercial Manager

Permanent, Full Time

£45,000-£56,000 per annum

Homebased with monthly office visits

Do you have strong relationship building and negotiation skills? We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the end-to-end management of contracts within our Neurodevelopmental and Care Assessments services with NHS and private healthcare clients.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and lifecycle management of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to maximise retention and growth.

• Monitor commercial performance, margins, forecasts, and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.

• Review tender documentation to assess commercial and contractual risk and opportunities ensuring competitive and commercially sound submissions.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

• BSc degree or equivalent in legal, business management or commercial management.

• Experience in a similar role, reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating contractual terms and have a good understanding of the financial drivers within a contract.

• Experience working with senior external and internal customers.
