Job Description

Job purpose: 

Provide commercial support and insight into the operations and performance of the Operating Unit. Analyse the financial performance of the BU and to make recommendations based on the findings and outcomes of the analysis. Prepare the annual 5 year StratPlan, Business Plan, latest Forecast and report on the performance against it on a monthly basis. Provide direct commercial support and insight to the Sales and Customer Teams. Facilitate the development of commercial engagement with the rest of the business. Deliver enhanced customer and business profitability and costing information designed to unlock margin opportunities and assist in focused strategic decision-making

Minimum requirements:

  • BCom & Qualified CA(SA) OR CIMA (non-negotiable)
  • Experience working in a cross functional manufacturing business
  • Minimum of 10 years experience, including commercial costing, operational financial support and reporting and strategic management processes
  • Syspro experience would be an advantage
