ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with strong Contracts Management capabilities to support large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

As the Commercial Manager, you’ll provide strategic commercial leadership across the project, ensuring robust contract administration, risk management, and commercial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of head contracts and subcontracts
• Prepare, assess & negotiate variations and EOT claims
• Oversee commercial risk identification, analysis & mitigation
• Support procurement strategy, tender evaluation & negotiation
• Ensure compliance with commercial, legal & probity requirements
• Manage commercial reporting, forecasting & claims management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive value-for-money outcomes across the project

Required Skills and Competencies

About You:

• Degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related
• Major project commercial experience
• Strong contract administration, negotiation & procurement expertise

Highly Desirable:

• Qualifications or background as a Quantity Surveyor
