Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure development including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and foundation works, with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.

Commercial Manager ( Roads & Infrastructure Projects)

Salary: HK$90,000-120,000/month + 13-month guaranteed bonus

About the Role:

• Lead commercial strategy for major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring financial control and contract compliance across all project phases.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 15+ years experience in civil infrastructure (roads/bridges preferred)
• MRICS or HKIE qualification preferred
• Expert knowledge of FIDIC/ECC contracts
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of HK$500M+ projects
• Manage claims, variations, and final accounts
• Lead procurement strategy and tender evaluations
• Mentor junior QS team members
