Leasing or Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager

We are seeking dynamic and motivated candidates to join our shopping mall team as Leasing or Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager.

Job Description

• 
  Manage and support the daily operations of the Leasing or Marketing department of the shopping mall.
• 
  Build and maintain good relationships with tenants, business partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
• 
  Conduct market research and monitor retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• 
  Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
• 
  Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of departmental activities.
• 
  Support overall mall performance, branding, occupancy, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 
  Relevant experience in shopping mall leasing, marketing, retail, or commercial property industry preferred.
• 
  Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• 
  Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
