What you’ll do
Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
- Drywall, patching, and painting
- Tiling and basic masonry
- Shelving and equipment installation
- Floor repairs and upkeep
- Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)
Preventative Maintenance
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
- Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns
Site Operations Support
- Travel between multiple sites( number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the [City] area
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
- Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational
What your week looks like
- 60% hands-on repairs and maintenance
- 25% preventative maintenance
- 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support
What we’re looking for
Required
- 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
- HVAC/R experience or trade school background
Work environment & schedule
- Field-based role across the Greater San Francisco area
- Local travel between sites (home daily)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- On-call rotation and overtime opportunities
