The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties. This position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled repair, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal tasks to ensure buildings remain safe, operational, and visually appealing. The Maintenance Technician works directly with property managers, tenants, and vendors to identify issues, complete service requests, and maintain strong client relationships.
LocationThis position supports our Northern Indiana portfolio, with regular travel to locations such as South Bend, Elkhart, Goshen, Warsaw, and Valparaiso. A company vehicle will be provided.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30a - 4:30p ET, on-call rotation
