Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Light repairs for maintenance work orders - including electrical and plumbing
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Weeding, planting, mulch
• Trash and debris pickup
• Light snow removal, sweeping of entry ways
• Change of light bulbs
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with people and be self-sufficient is a MUST
• Experience with basic maintenance concepts 1-2 years is preferred
• Some experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus
• Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
• Must have a reliable vehicle and set of tools
