Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our Melbourne team based in South East Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across a variety of commercial sites carrying out planned and reactive maintenance while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and taking pride in quality workmanship.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial sites.
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Installing, servicing and maintaining commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Responding to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and plumbing regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through professional communication and exceptional service.
  • Completing job documentation accurately using mobile technology.
  • Working closely with your supervisor and wider team to deliver great outcomes.

About you

You'll be someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys working autonomously and genuinely cares about delivering a high standard of service. You will be a team player, leaning in to support each and Give a Sh*t about the quality of your work.

You'll also bring:

  • Current Victorian Plumbing Registration/Licence (essential)
  • Experience in commercial plumbing maintenance (essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
  • Backflow and TMV (advantageous but not essential as we can put you through the courses)
