We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join our growing team.  This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions for our loan servicing department which maintains a portfolio of loans for our clients.  The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Process and record loan payments accurately and timely
- Provide prompt customer service and correspondence to client inquiries
- Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in the system
- Prepare and send out loan statements and notifications
- Monitor accounts for delinquencies and follow-up as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
- Generate reports and summaries for management review
- Collect and process annual deliverables from borrowers
- Monitor property tax payments and insurance coverage on collateral properties
- Set up ACH/wire payments when requested
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist with Treasury requests
- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the Treasurer and/or the Controller
What You Bring
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service preferred
- Understanding of loan documentation and terminology
- Strong technical and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive, positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
