
Commercial Loan Processor
Location: Sarasota, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$24 per hour plus a generous commission structure
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to manage commercial loan files from application through closing. This role works closely with loan officers, underwriters, attorneys, and borrowers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings.
Responsibilities
Review loan applications and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
Order and track appraisals, title work, environmental reports, and other third-party items
Prepare files for underwriting and clear conditions
Coordinate closings and maintain accurate loan records
Ensure compliance with lending regulations
Qualifications
Commercial loan processing experience preferred; residential mortgage processing experience will also be considered
2+ years of loan processing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of real estate transactions and loan documentation
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
