Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Business Services department has an immediate opening for a Commercial Loan Officer II or III! As a Commercial Loan Officer II or III, you will be responsible for the following:
• Executing TFCU’s Strategic Commercial Lending Initiatives, with a targeted focus on driving membership growth, cultivating new business partnerships, and expanding commercial market presence.
• Ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and other institutional compliance policies.
• Proactively develops business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other strategic sources, while educating clients, originating qualified loans to grow the commercial portfolio, and delivering required disclosures in accordance with legal standards.
• Managing moderately complex transactions and client relationships
Salary Range:
• Commercial Loan Officer II is $131,113.13 - $163,891.41
• Commercial Loan Officer III is $145,535.57 - $181,919.47
However, actual placement within the range of the levels will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field for all levels is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
• Level II: Requires seven years of experience in banking, with five of those being within commercial lending. Two of those years must also be as a commercial credit analyst. Experience with customer or member relationship management, credit analytics (consumer or commercial), tax return analysis, and financial accounting concepts are also required.
• Level III: Requires eight years of banking experience with at least seven years of the experience within commercial lending. Experience with managing commercial loan relationships, commercial credit analytics, tax return analysis, and financial accounting concepts are also required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
2. Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
3. NMLS License.

In order to be successful as a Commercial Loan Officer II or III, you must possess these qualifications:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the strong ability to foster relationships.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and public speaking.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and members.
• Knowledge of product lines, corporate goals, and industry conditions.
