Who you are:

As a Commercial Loan Documentation Team Leader, you are our loan experience champion and leader. You’ll be responsible for responsible for overseeing and supporting the facilitation of Commercial Loan Documentation. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare various types of complex Commercial Loan documents using specific approved loan terms that comply with internal bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements
  • Prepare complex loan agreements with various financial reporting requirements and document covenants. Submit loan agreements to In-House Counsel or Upper Management for approval
  • Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on complex commercial entity structure to ensure requirements are met
  • Coordinate with all levels of Management, Relationship Managers, and Assistants to compile required information for loan packages
  • Review and approve complex loan transactions prepared by Commercial Loan Documentation Personnel for accuracy
  • Support Loan Documentation Specialists by handling complex documentation and loan memorandum questions/issues from Relationship Managers, Funders, Post-Closers, and Commercial Loan Documentation Personnel
  • Provide continuous training to personnel on new legal and compliance documentation issues. Train new employees as needed
  • Coordinate and monitor attendance and schedules, assist in the interviewing process for new hires, and prepare annual reviews
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years Commercial Loan Documentation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
