Our national Major Projects & Construction team is involved in some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex disputes work.
Led by Brendan Cash, Stuart Robertson, Paul Buetow, Katrina Van Houtte, Sara Cheetham and David Newport, our team includes highly experienced dispute resolution lawyers who are recognised for their expertise in the construction and infrastructure sectors and associated insurance disputes work. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside leading partners and many of New Zealand’s highly regarded King’s Counsel, gaining exposure to complex matters and exceptional opportunities for professional development.
Your role will be assisting with managing various large scale disputes for a wide range of clients including construction companies, consulting engineers, principals, local authorities and Government agencies. There are also opportunities for involvement in construction insurance disputes work.
