The Opportunity

As part of the litigation team, you will:

  • Manage commercial litigation and employment law matters from commencement through to resolution
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships
  • Draft pleadings, correspondence, agreements and legal advice
  • Appear in Court, mediations and interlocutory matters
  • Brief Counsel for interim and final hearings
  • Develop strategic and commercially practical solutions for clients
  • Work collaboratively with senior practitioners on complex litigation matters
  • Contribute to long-term client growth

About You

Pinstripe Recruitment is seeking candidates who possess:

  • 1–3 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and/or Employment Law
  • Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing files or a strong willingness to develop file management capability
  • A proactive, client-focused and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Advocacy experience or a genuine interest in litigation and Court work
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
