Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team in New York. As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a critical role in advising and representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex litigation
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of client matters to develop effective litigation strategies
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve client goals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of commercial litigation principles and practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
