What You Will Do
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and document review, to build strong cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations, advocating for their interests with confidence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal guidance.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by mentoring junior associates and participating in business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation within a law firm setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive advocacy.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Preferred
- Experience in media or AI-related legal matters is a plus.
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques.
- Active involvement in bar associations or legal community initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
