Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills, along with a desire to handle complex commercial matters from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and support all phases of commercial litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
•    Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions
•    Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex commercial issues
•    Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
•    Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies aligned with clients’ business goals
•    Advise clients on risk management, contract interpretation, and dispute avoidance strategies
•    Assist with pre-litigation dispute resolution and negotiation efforts
