Drawing from your meaningful experience ( 3 to 4 years) in commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, or class action defense, you feel confident in your abilities to ensure a successful client experience. You have prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions and managing document reviews. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the Florida Bar (preferred).
