We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Partner to join the firm's dynamic disputes team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-stakes cross-border commercial litigation matters, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Handle complex international arbitration cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of arbitration rules and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the firms client base and enhance its market position.
• Drive business development initiatives, including pitching for new work, participating in industry events, and building a robust professional network.
• Mentor and grow a team of talented lawyers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, working closely with other partners to achieve the firms long-term goals.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong with a proven track record in cross-border commercial litigation gained from leading commercial law firms.
• Expertise in international arbitration is highly desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong client following and demonstrated ability to generate new business.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
