Underwriting Internship

As an Underwriting Intern, you’ll explore how data, relationships, and business strategy come together to drive decisions. No previous insurance experience is required. This experience is designed to help you learn, develop, and discover where your strengths could take you.

Throughout the summer, you will:

• Solve real business challenges through meaningful projects and hands-on experiences.
• Strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills by working with data, information, and emerging tools.
• Build communication skills by collaborating with teams, sharing ideas, and presenting recommendations.
• Learn from mentors and leaders while gaining exposure to different areas of the business.
• Develop your business acumen and understanding of how decisions impact customers, partners, and organizational success.
• Build relationships with fellow interns and professionals across Central while exploring future career and leadership opportunities.
