As the Marketing Executive, you are responsible for the effective marketing of insurance risks to our existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Market& placecommercial insuranceinall risk sectors with oversight by Marketing Executives and Chief Marketing Officer
Assist in the analysis of line of business and insurance company production trends, and make recommendations to correct deficienciesfor the ancillary lines ofbusiness
Act as account liaison for the producer in dealing with other departments within Hub for the quoting of specialized lines of coverage(Cyber Panel, HUB Owned Assets)
AssistMarketing Executives/Producerswithcoverage analysis in the renewal process,and proposal presentations ifneeded
Execute a quality control process for policies and quotations delivered assuring coverage, condition, rating, and pricing accuracyi.e.Program Comparison, in conjunction with Marketing Executives
Effectively build relationships with insurance company underwriters through a pattern of professional submissions, company visitations, and firmbut fairnegotiations
Maintain state of the art knowledge of market underwriting appetite, line of business trends, insurance company changes, rating techniques, and coverage developmentsfor the ancillary lines in the hospitality industry This will involve on-line rating with certain carriers and MGAs.
Requirements:
3 to5years of marketing or underwriting experience
College or University Degreepreferred
Current Florida Property & Casualty Producer's License
Intermediate to Advanced Level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverageand markets
High energy, detail-oriented self-starter
Strong team-building skills
Significant skill in handlingandcompleting demands andprojects
Excellent organizational skills and ability toprioritize
Strong interpersonal,writtenand oral communicationskills
Department Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experienceRequired Travel: NegligibleRequired Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
