Job Description

A well-established and growing insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of business, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and partner closely with producers to deliver exceptional service and insurance solutions. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused insurance professional who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and helping businesses protect what matters most.

Prior Commercial Lines insurance experience and a Property & Casualty License are required.

The Job:

• Manage a book of Commercial Lines clients and provide proactive, consultative service.
• Partner with producers to support renewals, account growth, and client retention.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business accurately and efficiently.
• Review coverage needs, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, claims, billing, and policy servicing.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to resolve underwriting and service-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.
