Job Description

Superior Insurance Partners is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform, focused primarily on providing commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals. We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage various operational functions within our organization, focusing on client service processes and systems. The successful candidate will align team goals with office strategy, driving business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small book of commercial business.
  • Drive business outcomes by enhancing client retention, achieving operational targets, and adding value to clients.
  • Administer carrier relationships and manage key operational systems.
  • Leverage technology to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage backend operations, including book movements, carrier setups, policy downloads, and suspense tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial lines, focusing on client services.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agency Management Systems, Applied Epic preferred.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably with IT operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
