The Commercial Lines Account Executiveis responsible forthe retention and growth of an assigned book of businessThe Account Executive builds relationships with clients and prospects to achieve client satisfaction.
How You Will Contribute:
Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and teammates to drive retention and new business
Lead renewal process for assignedbook of business
Oversee the completion of administrative tasks including issuance of certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and processing policies/endorsements
Identifygaps in coverage and advise client and prospective clients with options; work through complex coverage needs
Review and document internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, and certificates to ensure understanding of client expectations, legal requirements, and insurance operations
Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals
Support marketing and sales teams
Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
Licenses & Certifications:
TX General Agents license,required
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage
4+ years’ service/retail general agency experience
Experience working with AMS 360 &ImageRight, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
