What You’ll Do:
Inherit and expand an existing commercial loan portfolio, with immediate opportunity for growth.
Originate CRE and local C&I relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Structure deals across commercial and consumer loan products with unrestricted access to the full balance sheet
Work within a simple, practical underwriting framework that emphasizes speed, sound judgment, and common sense.
Underwrite deals through a heavily simplified process, structure terms, and collaborate closely with credit partners to efficiently move deals to close.
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated success in CRE and C&I lending with a strong production track record
Solid credit acumen with the ability to structure deals independently.
Relationship-first mindset with strong community ties.
