You will be responsible for driving the organizational and cultural transformation required to effectively lead first-line Sales Managers & Account Managers, while strengthening sales operational capabilities. This role serves as a role model for boundary less collaboration and is accountable for achieving sales objectives within the assigned geography. Responsibilities include managing both direct and indirect sales of the organization’s products and services, owning the Go To Market (GTM) strategy, leading sales execution to deliver the Operating Plan, and optimizing Sales and Support partnerships.
In addition, work collaboratively and partner with Commercial Services team to execute the overall services growth strategy and sustainable & profitable services revenue growth in the country as well as creating and converting sales opportunities for their respective accounts and portfolios.
