Reimagine What’s Possible 

Rotoflow—an Air Products business—brings together the industry’s most trusted turbomachinery expertise with world-leading industrial gas experience. We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Lead based in South America to drive profitable business growth for Rotoflow across the region. This position may be based in major cities in any country in the region: Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú, Argentina y Brazil

The Commercial Lead will focus on identifying and winning opportunities for New Equipment (NE) as well as Repairs, Spares, and Services (RSS). This role will support both Rotoflow commercial initiatives and Air Products’ broader regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Rotoflow Commercial Lead, you will:

  • Lead development of Rotoflow Turboexpander sales in existing and emerging markets.
  • Focus on South American opportunities for NE and RSS, while supporting Air Products’ regional initiatives.
  • Apply strong customer relationship skills and market insight to drive sales growth.
  • Provide market updates and insights to Rotoflow leadership, becoming the regional expert.
  • Set and maintain sales and margin targets aligned with Rotoflow’s global strategies.
  • Contribute to the annual Operating Plan and participate in monthly Sales Reviews.
  • Apply market feedback and competitive intelligence to support development of differentiated products and services.
  • Identify emerging markets to expand sales potential.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years in sales, ideally in industrial or technical sectors.
  • Background in industrial gases or rotating equipment is highly desirable.
  • Sales experience is essential.
  • Industrial gas knowledge required for internal candidates.
  • Rotating equipment knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and forecasting ability (regional strategy development, account management).
  • Spanish and advanced English (required)
  • Portuguese desirable
  • Must be available to travel approximately 30% of the time.
