Summary - basic function of the role
We are looking for a Commercial Lead – Intervention Services to join our team based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role will also support the commercial development of Pipeline and Process Services and project opportunities, primarily across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
The Commercial Lead will drive new-business development, customer engagement, opportunity management and pipeline growth. Working closely with regional sales, operations, engineering, estimating and technical teams, the successful candidate will help turn Hydratight’s technical capabilities into strong and commercially compelling customer propositions.

- Lead customer negotiations and support contract development, ensuring scope, obligations, risks and commercial requirements are clearly understood.
- Understand and navigate the contractual requirements associated with complex technical and project-based services.
- Lead or support customer and vendor prequalification activity, helping position Hydratight as a trusted and preferred service provider.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring opportunities, customer activity and next steps are accurately recorded.
- Monitor market developments, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform commercial strategy.
