Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end labeling workflows, coordinating artwork updates, tracking project timelines, and ensuring compliant execution of labeling changes in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial labeling, regulatory operations, artwork management, or packaging operations, along with hands-on experience using Veeva Vault or similar document management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects from initiation through final approval.
Coordinate artwork review cycles, proof revisions, and final approvals with cross-functional teams.
Route and manage labeling workflows using Veeva Vault or similar systems.
Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing, and external print vendors.
Review artwork proofs and perform detailed proofreading using Adobe Acrobat and GlobalVision (or similar tools).
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval status across multiple projects.
Support implementation of label changes, including phase-in/phase-out activities and obsolete inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology labeling, regulatory operations, packaging, or supply chain.
Experience managing commercial labeling workflows and artwork review processes.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault or similar document management/workflow systems.
Experience using Adobe Acrobat for document review and proofreading.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
Knowledge of global commercial labeling processes.
Experience coordinating with global stakeholders.
