Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create kitchen + laundry + waste equipment layouts & itemized equipment lists
2. Develop MEP load schedules & MEP rough-in drawings (electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls)
3. Attend meetings and present your work to your PM and to external Clients
4. Prepare a project tracker that includes the progress + status of the tasks & delivery dates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of experience in Revit, BIM modeling and BIM collaboration
2. 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering
3. Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems, technical data related to the kitchen, laundry & waste layouts
4. Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements
5. Proficient in Revit and BIM, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP, etc
6. Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
