An insurance company is seeking a Team Lead/Senior Underwriter with strong commercial insurance experience to join their management team. The ideal candidate will oversee team training, provide strategic guidance, and maintain strong underwriting and client relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
Training and mentoring new employees
Strategizing markets and developing growth opportunities
Guiding account reps and supporting client management
Maintaining and strengthening underwriting relationships
Ideal Qualifications:
Extensive commercial insurance experience
Proven leadership and supervisory background
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to strategize and support account teams effectively
